Essilor Annual Enrollment Campaign

Concept, Design, Layout, Print Production, Print Supervision

Annual enrollment is the primary occasion for most employees to sign up for or adjust their health coverage. But it’s also an important opportunity to communicate the value of the healthcare and other benefits that the company offers to, and invests in, its employees. And, of course, all of this happens under a tight and strict deadline. So, clear communication is paramount. Being able to wade through the choices and make the right decision needs to be easy and inspire confidence that a key element of the employee’s life is set for them and their family. Essilor’s enrollment was a great exercise in project management because, in addition to the deadlines, they have a workforce that is spread out, and each has its own set of enrollment variables. The campaign was made up, in part, of guides, posters, and postcards—and each also needed to be produced in more than one language.
